At DTF Prints Florida, we stand behind the quality of our DTF gang sheets and custom transfers. Each order is carefully printed and inspected before shipping to ensure you receive the best possible results. Because our products are custom-made, there are special rules regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
✅ Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the damaged product to process your claim.

Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
✅ Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong size, design, or product due to our error, we will reprint and ship your order at no additional cost.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse or “change of mind”

Incorrect file setup or low-resolution artwork provided by the customer

Incorrect sizing or layout submitted on gang sheets

Refund Processing

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.

If the issue is due to incorrect files or details provided by the customer, return shipping will not be covered.
