At UV DTF Prints Florida, all of our gang sheets are printed at 20 inches wide, giving you the flexibility to arrange as many designs as you’d like on a single sheet. This is the most efficient way to order transfers — saving you money while letting you stock up on multiple designs at once.
Step 1: Select Your Sheet Length
Our gang sheets are always 20 inches wide.
You choose the length (24", 48", 60", 72", etc.) depending on how many designs you want to fit.
The longer the sheet, the more space you’ll have to include multiple designs.
Step 2: Prepare Your Artwork
Files must follow our Artwork Requirements (high-resolution, 300 DPI, transparent background).
Accepted formats: PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, or SVG.
Size your designs exactly how you want them to print.
Step 3: Arrange Your Designs
Open a 20" wide artboard in your design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Place all your artwork onto that canvas, stacking designs down the length of the sheet.
Leave at least 0.25 inches of spacing between designs for easier cutting.
Fill any leftover space with small logos, labels, or pocket-size prints — maximize every inch.
Step 4: Save Your File
Save your complete gang sheet as a single file.
Recommended formats: PNG (transparent background) or PDF.
Double-check that your sheet is exactly 20" wide and the correct length.
Step 5: Upload & Order
