3. Artwork & File Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their artwork meets our Artwork Requirements.

  • We are not responsible for poor-quality prints resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, or improper formatting provided by the customer.

  • By uploading artwork, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use the design. We are not liable for copyright or trademark issues related to customer-provided files.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Most orders ship within 24 hours of receiving print-ready artwork.

  • Delays may occur if files require adjustments or clarification.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or shipping carrier issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 2 business days.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $35.

  • Overnight shipping is available upon request.

  • Once shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by our error.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • DTF Prints Florida is not liable for:

    • Errors in customer-submitted artwork.

    • Misuse or improper application of transfers.

    • Losses due to shipping carrier delays.
