Shipping policy

At DTF Prints Florida, we work hard to get your custom DTF transfers delivered quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, carriers, and timelines.

Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours once we receive your print-ready artwork.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If there is an issue with your file, we will contact you immediately, which may delay production.

Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

Customers can select their preferred shipping option during checkout.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (2–3 business days): Free on orders over $35; regular carrier rates apply for orders under $35.

  • Overnight Shipping: Available upon request at an additional cost.

  • Local Delivery/Pickup: Not currently available.

Free Shipping Policy

  • Orders over $35 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping within the United States.

  • Free shipping applies automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking allows you to follow your package until it arrives safely at your door.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.

  • DTF Prints Florida is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to USPS or UPS.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund your order.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.
